Pre-order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-order Terms apply to the MATADOR product marked as "Pre-order" on Brilliantly Living. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What is a Pre-order?
A Pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it's available for immediate shipment, or even prior to being manufactured, in this case. Pre-order products are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated shipping date.
Payment
Full payment for MATADOR is collected at the time you place your pre-order. Your card will be charged immediately when you complete checkout.
We use Shopify Payments to process pre-order payments securely. Please note that Pre-orders cannot be purchased using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or buy-now-pay-later services like Klarna.
Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. This date is our best estimate based on current information from our suppliers and production schedule.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you by email if the estimated date changes by more than 1 month beyond the estimated time frame expected.
Delivery
Once your pre-order item ships, standard delivery times apply based on your chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Ordering
Pre-order items cannot be combined with in-stock products in the same order. Please place separate orders for immediate and pre-order items.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order any time before we ship your item. To cancel, email us at BrilliantlyLiving@yahoo.com with your order number.
If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to product unavailability or if the shipping date is delayed by more than 2 weeks, you may choose to cancel and receive a full refund. We will notify you of significant delays and your cancellation rights.
Refunds are processed within seven business days of cancellation and will be returned to your original payment method.
Returns After Delivery
The MATADOR product development, and The Doorway to Peace Project is counting on our pre-order customers to make a confident decision on whether this is project is something you truly would enjoy supporting. Due to this being a custom made product, there would be

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Items that are defective or damaged on arrival can be returned for a full refund including return shipping.
Changes to Estimated Dates
If the estimated shipping date changes, we will notify you by email. If the new estimated date is more than 2 weeks later than originally stated, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
You have 2 days from the date of our notification to decide whether to keep or cancel your order. If we don't hear from you within that timeframe, we will assume you accept the new estimated date.
