Key #2: Refine Your Spine Back to Gold

There is a lesson that I had only began skimming the surface of years ago, when my favorite gold chain had kept breaking. The jeweler, who I had insisted on moving forward with the repair, had informed me of how if he did soldered the broken ends together, that the closest neighboring chain links nearest to that now stiff section of chain, would experience heavier stresses each time the rope chain was under any load, and so eventually those nearest neighboring links would damage, predictably needing a future repair.
In moments of introspection, I had been applying this gold chain logic to my vertebrae. Using micro details to my full advantage, while long-term testing out the nuances of these intelligently devised action/timing sequences. Looking back, it seems so obvious now that my back feels straight, sturdy & strong… Here are some understandings that’ll need to be understood so to extract full appreciation for the design of this revealed action/timing sequence, of returning your back to good as gold.
First understand:
1) The easiest way for a spine to re-align, is to keep your hips, back & sides thoroughly stretched out. These exact stretches will be shown.
2) Our body is symmetrical, in that the left half mirrors the right. Therefore, along the sides of your spine, there is a balancing between tendons & ligaments in which if tight on one side area causes being too lose on the opposite other side. With the body naturally preferring homeostasis, we can encourage this rebalance of our vertebrae moving back into ideal position by reducing the resistance, and/or by strengthening each side so that relatively, the weakness on the one weaker side becomes insignificant in the presence of real strength under intentional focused persistence. Expect to overcome, and you will see the results of your intentionally placed focus.
3) Decompressing the spine prior to attempting extensive stretch outs, or deep bends is recommended.
3) Iterations, run 1 minute each day
4) Hold the max bend position. You may spend weeks on steps 1-3 prior to being ready to investigate deeper poses.
5) Deep bends, fullest new-found range attempts, should be practiced last; after several iterations of the sequence has brought the body into a place of looseness & low tension. For it is the completion of the deep bends that resembles the solution for addressing any stiff sections. With your now fuller range, while strengthened, naturally this sequence of actions comprised of carefully timed stretches & strengthening techniques, puts your body experience into a much better spine refined condition.
